SELECTION PROCEDURE

This is an OPEN recruitment to establish an eligibility list and fill a vacancy. The eligibility list will be used to fill permanent vacancies which may occur during the life of the eligibility list. The current vacancy is full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 12 months per year. The recruitment process will consist of a written examination and an oral technical interview, which are tentatively scheduled during the weeks of June 29-July 17, 2026 . (Click here for more information on the recruitment process) (Download PDF reader) Basic Function Under the direction of Nutrition Services Director, performs specialized, professional activities in the planning, arranging, documenting and ordering food items, and ensuring nutritional products and goods within the District's central kitchen and at various school sites; receives, records and processes reduced meal eligibility program applications and requests for services; reviews applications for program compliance and determines eligibility; maintains a variety of records including invoices, delivery records and meal eligibility documents; prepares and sends letters of eligibility status, and details for financial State and federal reimbursement; performs other duties as assigned. (Click here for a complete job description.) Education & Experience Any combination equivalent to: High School diploma or equivalent. Four (4) years increasingly responsible experience in the maintenance of records, development of reports and monitoring of fiscal data, information and records. Experience in Nutrition Services within a school district is desirable.
