Job Description
Travln Toys, Inc., one of Northern California's premier trailer dealerships, is looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has trailer or equipment sales experience, and can also perform administrative duties in a fast-paced dealership environment. Position ResponsibilitiesTrailer Sales
- Assist customers in selecting the right trailer for their needs.
- Prepare quotes and follow up with sales leads.
- Build relationships with new and returning customers.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our trailer inventory and available options.
- Assist with financing and sales paperwork.
- Help maintain online inventory listings and sales promotions. Administrative Duties
- Answer a multi-line phone system.
- Professionally greet and assist customers.
- Process sales paperwork accurately.
- Assist with California DMV dealership documentation.
- Maintain customer files and records.
- Perform general office and administrative duties.
- Support daily dealership operations as needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous trailer, RV, equipment, automotive, or powersports sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid California driver's license
Preferred:
- Trailer dealership experience
- Knowledge of California DMV paperwork
- Experience with dealership management software
- Experience with financing documents
- Administrative or office management experience Schedule
- Full-time position 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work
Saturdays :
9:00 am - 2:00 pm, with a scheduled day off during the week We Offer- Competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities
