Job Summary A community association management organization in Tustin, CA is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to Community Managers and the homeowner associations they serve. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys supporting busy teams, communicating with homeowners and vendors, and keeping important processes organized and on track. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in helping Community Managers stay prepared, responsive, and efficient. - Issue work orders and ensure vendor documentation is complete and properly maintained.
- Prepare compliance notices and related homeowner association correspondence.
- Assemble, review, and finalize board reports in advance of Community Manager meetings.
- Answer homeowner calls, document concerns, and take appropriate follow-up action.
- Provide phone coverage and backup support during operator breaks and lunch periods.
- Track key information, deadlines, and follow-up items to support timely completion of association needs. Compensation and Benefits
