Rate starting at $20.00 per hour

You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. You will be eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full-time employment, 403b match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! Primarily responsible for any administrative assistance required by management and/or program staff and ensures all administrative office procedures are in compliance with ROP established professional standards.
To be considered you must:
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect, along with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens. ~ Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test. ~ Hold a current State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years. ~ At least three years of experience working in an office environment. ~ Communicate effectively while upholding a high level of confidentiality, with excellent organization and time management skills. ~ Provide exemplary customer service and maintain positive internal and external relationships.
