Job Description

Will coordinate and schedule apartment resets upon guest departures and audit arrivals, ensuring completion in a timely manner while meeting company standards and expectations. Coordinates and schedules Turn Cleans & Final Inspections for departing and arriving guest units internally and with 3rd party providers Serves as the single point of coordination for all unit reset and arrival activities (turn cleans, Houseware vendor exchange) Coordinates vendor reset activity (furniture exchange, carpet/upholstery cleans) upon guest departure in preparation for next incoming guest Provides overall day-to-day customer service and coordinates with other departments to efficiently accommodate guests' requests Completes high-quality work according to job specifications while simultaneously producing the required amount of work within established timetables Establishes and maintains effective relationships within the organization and external vendors Able to multi-task May assist in the training of new hires Other administrative duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
One to two years of customer service/office setting Fluent in both Spanish and English Proficient in usage Microsoft Suite Knowledge in Oscar preferred but not required Excellent communication skills while able to build rapport and maintain working relationships while delivering a high standard for service Solves a variety of problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail and high accuracy Negotiates and resolves issues and problems related to guest issues while aware and sensitive to errors and mistakes that can occur and minimizes them Maintains a high level of professionalism either working independently and/or within group setting Valid California driver's license
