processes. The Administrative Assistant•
TCAC/HUD
will work closely with property management and compliance teams to maintain accurate records, support certifications and recertifications, and help ensure documentation meets federal, state, and property requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and update resident, applicant, and compliance files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process and review TCAC and HUD documentation, including certifications, recertifications, and supporting compliance records.
- Assist with file audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and preparation of documentation for internal and external review.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in property management software, databases, and office systems.
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, document management, and maintaining confidentiality of resident and company information. Compensation and Benefits
