This is a flexible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety — one day you might be following up with customers or helping coordinate schedules, the next you're pitching in on a sales team task or catalog update. Prior experience is preferred, but we especially value flexibility and a willingness to learn our systems. Key Responsibilities Sales Team Support Help the sales team with day-to-day tasks as they come up Process incoming customer orders and prepare quotes Send follow-up emails to customers and prospects Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone Assist with scheduling — meetings, calls, and calendar coordination Maintain and update product listings and pricing sheets Assist with CRM/order tracking and follow-ups Support trade show or wholesale account outreach as needed Accounting & Back-Office Support Enter and reconcile invoices, bills, and receipts in QuickBooks Desktop Assist with accounts receivable/payable follow-up Prepare basic reports (sales summaries, outstanding invoices, etc.) Support month-end close tasks alongside bookkeeper/accountant Help organize digital and physical financial records General Administrative Maintain organized files (contracts, vendor info, shipping documents) Assist with data entry and cleanup projects (e.g., product database, contact lists) Support ad hoc projects, including upcoming system transitions (e.g., NetSuite migration) What We're Looking For Prior experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role preferred — but flexibility and attitude matter more than a perfect resume Comfortable helping with a variety of daily tasks, from customer follow-ups to scheduling Strong written communication skills Willingness to learn new tools and systems (QuickBooks, order/CRM systems, etc.) Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to juggle shifting priorities A self-starter attitude, especially in a small-team environment What We Offer Starting pay of $22/hour, full-time A flexible day-to-day role — no two days look exactly the same Opportunity to grow with the company as we scale operations and systems
