In this vital role, you will manage daily front office operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and ensure smooth administrative functions. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for clients, staff, and guests alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer service skills in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, and transfer calls with professionalism Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming mail Maintain office organization through filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and clarity Support administrative tasks such as file organizing/scanning and basic order taking using QuickBooks Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general clerical support Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Experience Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on clerical tasks and customer service excellence Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic office management procedures Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and time management techniques Personal assistant or receptionist experience that demonstrates professionalism

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
