Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an organized and detail oriented Office Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As the Office Assistant, you will assist the team with administrative office functions. Your proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills will help foster a productive and welcoming workplace. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a vibrant team. Duties Organize, sort, label, and inventory product samples and related materials Document and track office supplies, samples, and other inventory (physical and/or digital records) Clean out and restock storage areas, shelves, and workspaces. Assist with general office tasks such as unpacking supplies, restocking, and basic clerical work Support other ad-hoc administrative or organizational projects as needed Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical ability to lift and move boxes/supplies (up to 25-30 lbs) and stand/walk for periods of time Proficiency with basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar for simple documentation and inventory tracking) Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude English fluency
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
