In this role, you will be responsible for sharing managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, patients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office skills while supporting daily operations in a vibrant environment of the front desk staff. Duties Greet visitors and patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination efficiently Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document preparation using Word processing software Maintain organized records and files to support office operations and client communication Assist with basic office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and equipment maintenance Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow and time management Skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor in person and over the phone Experience answering multi-line phone systems with proper phone reception techniques and etiquette Strong clerical skills including typing, proofreading, filing, and document handling Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or office experience that demonstrates reliability and proactive problem-solving skills Join us as a Front Desk Staff member to be one of the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
