Position involves writing semi annual progress reports, management of program groups, remote services, and administrative tasks. It includes the supervision of clients, occasional classes, and supervision of special events. The job offers Health Benefits, paid sick and vacation after three months and a 401k with a match. - 4:00 p.m. Minimum requirements
- One-year experience applying behavior analytic techniques in a controlled, supervised setting (such as a Level 4 facility or a behavioral day program) with the developmentally disabled
- Ability to read, write and converse fluently in English
- Ability to use Microsoft Word to compose progress reports. Fluency in Excel and other computer programs a plus
- Pass fingerprint clearance, DMV record with no DUI. Must have own insured car to use for some job duties (you will be reimbursed for mileage). Skills and abilities preferred
- Bi-lingual Spanish-Ability to work with some independence
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to give and take instruction effectively
- Ability to function as a member of an administrative team.
