Job Description

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of office support experience and have great attention to detail. Candidates must present professionally and have experience with telephone etiquette. $22 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities・ Confirm orders by referring to terms and conditions agreed with customer ・ Enter information of purchase order received from customers into the system accurately ・ Communicate with Production Department to check inventory and production schedule ・ Plan accurate and timely shipment, and arrange trucking ・ Understand shipment receiving policies of each customer and coordinate all shipment matters without any troubles ・ Issue, double-check and send invoice/credit memo and other shipping documents ・ Track outbound freight. Handle any shipment issues properly in accordance with rules or directions given by supervisor ・ Arrange sample shipment directly to customers or sales offices ・ Create shipping labels ・ Arrange trucks to pick up raw materials and track shipment ・ Be positively involved in delivery issues to resolve ・ Make any documents for exporting ・ Check Net Pricing Customer Registration Form and Customer Registration Form to register into the system ・ Make report for product inventory daily ・ Arrange all import-related matters ・ Check every freight and warehouse invoice ・ Keep records of freight and storage fee to report ・ Send purchase order to the head office in Japan ・ Keep import expense records ・ Issue COI and W-9 ・ Make report for number of visitors monthly ・ Answer inbound telephone calls in a professional manner ・ Make manuals ・ Organize section s documents ・ Make daily report ・ Draft Request for Approval SkillsOrder ProcessingAnswering PhonesAdministrative DutiesMicrosoft OfficeOrganizational SkillsQualificationsYears of experience: 3 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
