Provides assistance with general clerical projects including filing, copying, data entry and other supportive administrative tasks. Provides administrative support for managers or departments including report preparation, taking messages, responding to emails. Files, copies and maintains files and record keeping systems. Assists with the preparation of routine reports, correspondence and other documents. Performs basic data entry into database applications. Arranges appointments and greets visitors. Assists in preparation for meetings. May handle incoming and outgoing mailings. Provides backup coverage to Receptionist as needed. Other duties as assigned.WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU
