Company Secretary Hi tides Consultancy Arvada, CO Job Details Full-time Up to $2,500,000 a year 6 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Regulatory compliance Finance director experience Overseeing compliance functions Financial regulatory compliance C-Suite experience Full Job Description Roles & Responsibilities 1 Finance & Accounts Manager / Senior Manager Company Secretary 9 to 15 years Entire gamut of Secretarial and Compliance under the guidance of CFO which includes but not restricted to: Statutory compliance requirement as per Companies Act / SEBI listing agreement and other applicable laws. Organizing Board Meeting / Audit Committee/ Investors Relation Committee / Annual / Extraordinary General Meeting Co-ordinating with external agencies (eg. Secretarial Audit by practicing Company Secretary), Registry, MCA, Secretarial related consultants, etc.,
Pay:
Up to $2,500,000.00 per year
