Salary:
$3,485.00- $4,633.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, in-person and via a multi-line phone system. Maintains several check-in logs Receives and receipts monies; maintains daily cash. Assists with maintaining the Region calendar. Schedules conference rooms and conference lines Assists with motor pool reservations. Processes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail daily. Assists in the management of multiple shared email inboxes. Assists with the complex tasks of monthly entry, reporting, and tracking of the Mileage Equipment Reports for vehicles assigned to the Region. Provides backup coverage to the Resource Support Group as directed by supervisor. Provides simple and complex miscellaneous administrative support to region staff as directed by supervisor.Required Qualifications:
You must meet all the Required Qualifications and Competencies to be considered for this position. Proficient computer skills in the following: i.e., Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-starter, requires minimal supervision. Effective organizational skills. Commitment to fostering and supporting an environment that honors diversity, equity, inclusion, and environmental justice practices. Perform assigned duties in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and public records retention, and ensure requests are followed.Desired Qualifications:

Accustomed to multitasking by answering phones, face-to-face customer interaction, and helping other workgroups when needed.
