Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents and files to maintain accurate recordkeeping.
- Respond to inbound phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing them as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events to support team productivity.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects and tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold high standards.
- Assist in implementing office procedures to improve workflow and organization.
