Tenant Services Coordinator Denver, CO Temporary $25.00 - $27.00/hr Onsite Job Description Tenant Services Coordinator About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Tenant Services Coordinator to support the daily operations of a commercial property management office. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional tenant experience by serving as the primary point of contact for tenant requests, coordinating building services, and supporting property operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Tenant Relations & Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and building-related issues. Respond promptly to tenant communications via phone, email, and property management systems. Coordinate and monitor service requests to ensure timely resolution and tenant satisfaction. Build positive relationships with tenants, visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Prepare and distribute tenant communications, notices, event information, and other property-related correspondence. Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and suite access coordination. Support tenant engagement initiatives, events, and programs designed to enhance the tenant experience. Property Operations Support Coordinate with property management, engineering, and maintenance teams to address tenant and building operational needs. Schedule and communicate maintenance activities, vendor services, and property improvement projects. Assist with vendor management, including tracking contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation. Support building inspections, property walk-throughs, and operational reporting. Maintain accurate records of tenant requests, building services, and vendor activities. Assist with special projects and operational initiatives across multiple commercial properties. Administrative Coordination Manage office communications, calendars, meetings, and general administrative functions. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for tenant, vendor, and property records. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Update property databases and ensure information remains accurate and current. Organize and maintain service contracts, vendor agreements, invoices, and operational documentation. Coordinate office supply inventory and support day-to-day office operations. Financial & Vendor Support Process invoices and ensure accurate coding for approval and payment. Assist with accounts payable and vendor payment tracking. Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial record maintenance. Reconcile vendor documentation and maintain organized financial files. Assist property management teams with administrative aspects of annual budgeting and operational planning. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer service, tenant services, property management, office administration, hospitality, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience working with service request systems, property management software, or CRM platforms is preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Professionalism, dependability, and strong problem-solving skills.
