Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Executive & Accounting assistant to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant File Management Develop and maintain a systematic filing system for both physical and digital documents Ensure all important documents are easily accessible and securely stored Investor Relations Assist in managing communications with current and potential investors Prepare investor updates and communication materials Content Creation & Social Media Management Create and schedule bi-monthly LinkedIn posts highlighting company progress and engagement Support the growth of the company's online presence through consistent, thoughtful messaging Calendar & Travel Management Manage and organize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics with attention to detail Office Management Building Maintenance- coordinate with outside contractors as needed or issues arise Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed Data Entry & Accounting Support Revenue Accurately input monthly Oil & Gas revenue checks, upload into software Prepare and reconcile weekly bank deposits Accounts Payable Review, code, and input invoices with a high level of accuracy Ensure timely processing and distribution of weekly payments Special Projects Assist with a variety of miscellaneous tasks and special projects as needed Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives Qualifications High School Diploma and 3-5years of administrative or related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Why Join Us? Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
