Administrative Assistant Needed for The Imaging Center The Imaging Center - 3.6 Fort Collins, CO Job Details Part-time $19.50 - $24.00 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Medical documentation Attention to detail Multi-line phone systems Medical terminology Medical receptionist Full Job Description The Imaging Center in Fort Collins is in need of an Administrative Assistant. Hours are 8:30a-4p Thursdays and Fridays. Duties will be to perform specific administrative and project work to support department manager and departmental areas. Job responsibilities include organizing paperwork for appointments, reviewing upcoming appointments for insurance authorization status, covering for stat medical records when needed, scheduling interviews and meetings, answering incoming calls, and distributing mail. Training should take several weeks and would be 40 hours/week during that short training period. Ideal candidates will be extremely reliable, have a professional appearance, exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, work well as part of a team, learn quickly, and be able to work in a busy multi-line phone environment. Previous experience working in a medical setting and/or medical terminology training preferred. Please submit a resume and introduction or cover letter for consideration.
