We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and scheduling for advisors Coordinate meetings, client appointments, and virtual training sessions Prepare and organize presentation materials, meeting agendas, and supporting documents Manage expense reporting and reimbursement processes Coordinate occasional travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Support the planning and delivery of online training programs and webinars Track action items and follow up to ensure deadlines are met Maintain accurate records and administrative systems Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as required Ability to navigate different software programs Success in This Role Requires The ability to work remotely without distractions A dedicated home office and reliable internet connection A strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfort working in a performance-based culture The ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they become issues Flexibility and adaptability as priorities shift
