Northern, CO -- Front Range Dermatology Associates (FRDA) is a premier center for the treatment of all skin conditions and diseases serving the communities of Greeley, Fort Collins, Windsor, Johnstown, Eaton, Evans, Brush and Loveland, Colorado. FRDA is locally owned and operated and has experienced regular growth since its founding! Key Responsibilities
- Travels to all FRDA locations as needed, based in west Greeley.
- Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area including fresh water and magazine maintenance Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; controlling credit extended to patients; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information Essential Functions • Work within practice management to complete check in process • Check all insurance and verify information is correct • Upload essential information at time of check in • Collect and document past due amounts and copays • Open all merchandise received and notify appropriate departments of receipt of goods • Weekly and monthly reporting to supervisor as requested • Control patient flow in waiting room and by notifying providers of schedule changes • Answer phones and schedule appointments • Call back all messages same day • Make reminder calls as required • Provide excellent customer service while engaged with team mates and patients • Other duties as requested Required Skills • Multi-tasking • Flexibility • Telephone Skills • Customer Service • Time Management • Organization • Attention to Detail • Scheduling • Word Processing • Professionalism •
