Fort Collins, CO Job Type and Hours:

Pay:
$20-22 to start About Us Mountain Valley Family Chiropractic is a family wellness practice in Fort Collins built around a simple belief: the body was made to heal itself when the interference is removed. For 10 years we've helped families in our community get out of the medical model and into a life of prevention, energy, and freedom from pain — through chiropractic care, workshops, and a nervous-system-first approach to health. We're not a typical medical office, and this isn't a typical front desk job. The Role We are looking for a Front Desk Team Member who is going to be the heartbeat of our practice — the first voice patients hear on the phone and the first face they see when they walk in. This is a relationship, sales, and communication role first, and an administrative role second. This is NOT a "check patients in, check patients out" job. If you're looking for a quiet desk job where you scan a screen and hand someone a clipboard, this isn't it. We need someone who will build real relationships with our patients, confidently talk about money and financial commitment, handle objections, promote our workshops, and help our patients say yes to the care they need. What You'll Do Answer phones, manage scheduling and rescheduling, and be the warm, energetic first impression of our office Have confident, comfortable conversations with patients about investment, payment, and financial commitment to their care — this is a cash-based practice, so money conversations happen daily Build genuine relationships with patients and their families — we treat our patients like family, and we need someone who will too Sell and recommend supplements and wellness products Handle patient objections and concerns with empathy and confidence Promote and help fill our wellness workshops (Nutrition 101, 5 Essentials, Brain Health, Sleep, Immune, Shop Like the Doc, and more) Collect payments and manage day-to-day front office operations Follow the systems and scripts our team has built — and get better at them every week Who We're Looking For A go-getter. You take initiative, you don't wait to be told what to do twice, and you bring energy to the office every single day Comfortable talking about money. You can confidently present pricing and payment options without getting nervous or apologetic A strong communicator. You connect easily with people of all ages and backgrounds, and patients feel cared for the moment they talk to you Coachable. You take feedback well, follow direction, and are always looking to improve Detail-oriented. Scheduling, payments, and patient records all need to be right — every time Passionate about health and helping others. You genuinely care about people living healthier lives, and that passion comes through in how you talk to patients Preferred (not required) Experience in a sales, hospitality, or customer-facing role Experience in a chiropractic, wellness, or healthcare office Experience with practice management or scheduling software Why Join Us Be part of a mission-driven team that's genuinely changing lives in our community Work in a positive, family-oriented office culture — not a clinical, sterile one Ongoing coaching and training to help you grow in sales, communication, and leadership Room to grow as our practice grows If you're an energetic, coachable go-getter who loves people and isn't afraid to talk about money, we want to hear from you.
