THE WORK
In this position, you will provide high-level administrative support to three directors, ensuring their daily operations are managed with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Resolve priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment. Manage Outlook calendars, e-mail accounts, and conference room reservations. Arrange domestic and international travel, including preparing detailed itineraries. Update presentations and other documents as needed. Organize large meetings, including all-hands, onsite and offsite meetings to include catering and social engagements. Manage domestic and international customer visits. Manage Teams sites and sharing relevant data on Teams channels.
WHO YOU ARE
Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees. Basic Qualifications Experience supporting multiple senior leaders (Directors or above) simultaneously. Experience managing multiple calanders, e-mail accounts, and conference room reservations. Proven track record of arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries. Desired Skills Past expereince creating and updating presentations and other documents for executive audiences Experience organizing large-scale meetings (all-hands, offsites) including catering and logistics. Managing Teams sites and sharing relevant data on Teams channels
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Benefits offered:

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
