Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detailed and organized Office Administrator Assistant and Project Manager to join our team in a home office and casual work environment! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities and support to staff. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall efficiency of our office operations. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities. Answering phone calls and emails. Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital. Communication with local fire departments, customers and material suppliers. Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping. Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to client inquiries and ensuring positive communication experiences Proof reading contracts. Must pass drug test. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong computer literacy skills Experience with Adobe PDF. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading, data entry, filing tasks and proof read contracts. Strong phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards Personal assistant experience or prior office management background is a plus. Pay:
