Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Scan, fax, and handle email communications efficientlyPerform office duties such as document management and organizationFacilitate internal communications between departments and team membersAnswer and route phone calls professionally; provide excellent customer serviceProven administrative experience in an office settingTechnically savvy - familiarity with Microsoft Office, EHR systems, or similar applicationsDepartment of Education or government experience is a significant plus
