We pride ourselves on providing quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and a positive team environment. We're looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to help support our daily office operations. This position provides day-to-day administrative support, assists with customer communications, helps coordinate schedules, manages permits and paperwork, and may assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks. We value proactive individuals who are eager to contribute their skills in a supportive office setting. Work is in person, with flexible hours. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally Take accurate messages and respond to customer inquiries Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring client communication is clear and friendly Schedule and coordinate customer estimates and appointments Prepare, submit, and track electrical permit applications Organize and maintain electronic and paper files Assist with data entry and document management Support invoicing, billing, and basic accounting tasks as needed with QuickBooks Online; training available Process mail, emails, and other office correspondence Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and municipal offices Assist with project documentation and administrative support Perform general clerical duties and other administrative tasks as assigned Experience Previous office experience in administrative or clerical roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a plus Excellent time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Construction or contractor office experience is great, but not required
