Full Job Description Description:
The Secretary II will be responsible for student attendance, coordinating transportation for students and field trips, greeting guests, answering phones, assisting with mailings, group jobs, locker assignments, and assisting in the daily work activities of the office as needed. Applicants must have an understanding of office procedures and be able to multitask. The Secretary II will be working with the large school staff and a large portion of the public. A pleasant personality, along with a courteous manner, is needed. The 10 days before school starts and 10 days after will be spent working at Nathan Hale.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be able to perform a variety of clerical functions and multitask in a busy working environment. Preference will be given to applicants who can communicate effectively, provide a courteous and efficient telephone manner, and have strong computer skills. Preference will also be given to candidates who have a working knowledge of PowerSchool.
