Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Handle inbound calls with attention to detail, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Support administrative functions, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, delivering a friendly and attentive reception experience.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and orderly.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to address operational needs and streamline workflows.
