Job Description

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and coordinate scheduling for their project teams. The ideal candidate will have a great personality, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong collaboration and communication skills. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Administrative Assistant's Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer and route all incoming phone calls Complete and maintain filing systems Schedule Project Managers and Estimators for intake appointments Support day-to-day office administrative functions Learn and utilize QuickBooks for internal processes Learn and utilize the company's estimation system Assist with coordination between departments as needed
Administrative Assistant's Qualifications and Skills:
