Bilingual English & Spanish Service Coordinator Alan's Lawn and Garden Center Overview Description Bilingual English/Spanish Service Coordinator About us We are a family-owned and operated outdoor power equipment dealership in business for over 40 years with 2 locations. We are conveniently located in Santa Ana and Norwalk. We sell outdoor power equipment supplies and repairs. Our target market is commercial landscapers and government agencies but we also service homeowners interested in quality goods and services.

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH

The Service Coordinator is responsible for Assisting the Service Writer with checking in repairs, staging equipment for the mechanics, delivering parts to the mechanics, and other duties to assist the Service writer and will report directly to the Service Department Lead. The service coordinator will adhere to and promote the Company's mission while operating within the confines of the Company's core values and contributing to the success of their functional team. Applicant must also greet customers, estimate repair costs using flat rate manual, and call customers with updates on repair orders. Must have windows OS computer skills. Mechanical experience is an added plus. We have a very busy dealership and we strive to assure customer satisfaction. We are willing to train the right candidate. Must be available to work Saturday hours. Advancement opportunities are available.
