Job Summary Busy office seeking proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a busy phone, interacting with field workers to dispatch calls, managing client requests, and maintaining an efficient office atmosphere. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will help us deliver top-notch service to our team and clients alike. Duties Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls to appropriate departments Engage with clients via phone with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming exchange; Organize files and work with existing filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents; Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing mail distribution; Proven experience in a family style office environment with organizational skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, and computer literacy with the ability to learn proprietary software; Experience with QuickBooks is a must; Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and manage time effectively Previous experience as a receptionist or office worker. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
