We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to become the heart of our front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Respond to inquiries from hospitals, families, and referral sources Schedule and conduct tours of our community Coordinate resident admissions from start to finish Complete admission paperwork and prepare resident files Coordinate move-ins to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition Front Office Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors with warmth and professionalism Coordinate appointments and meetings Maintain resident records Assist residents and families with general questions Receive and distribute mail, faxes, and correspondence Resident & Family Support Assist residents with non-clinical needs Communicate with families throughout the admission process and beyond Help coordinate transportation and appointments Administrative Support Filing and record keeping Maintain office supplies Assist with scheduling Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator. Hospital & Referral Marketing Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral sources. Maintain occupancy goals through timely follow-up.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of administrative or office experience Healthcare, senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, compassionate approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Dependable, professional, and team-oriented If you enjoy building relationships, helping families during important life transitions, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you!
