- Data Entry & Records Review to our Plantsville, CT team, with the potential for the position to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
Review previous inspection reports for accuracy and completeness. Identify and document the applicable year of service for each inspection record. Enter information from historical reports into the company's designated system. Update customer and inspection records accurately and consistently. Identify and flag missing, unclear, or inconsistent information for review. Maintain organized electronic records and follow established document-management procedures. Protect confidential customer and company information. Perform regular quality checks to verify the accuracy of entered data. Communicate questions or documentation issues to the appropriate team member. Support additional data-entry, records-review, and administrative projects as assigned.Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to review and interpret information contained in reports and other business documents. Ability to work independently and remain focused while completing repetitive tasks. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company information. Professional communication skills. Dependable attendance and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during regular office hours.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous administrative or data-entry experience. Familiarity with business software, electronic records, or digital document-management systems.Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Work onsite in a standard office environment. Sit and use a computer for extended periods. Perform repetitive keyboarding, data-entry, and mouse-related tasks. Review information on computer screens and in electronic or printed documents for extended periods. Occasionally stand, walk, bend, and reach to access files, documents, or office equipment. Occasionally lift and move light files, office supplies, and related materials.COMPENSATION
The wage for this role is $22 to $26 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
