Duties Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to excellent phone etiquette and communication standards Assist with appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and follow-up communications using advanced computer skills and data entry proficiency Support medical office operations by understanding and utilizing medical terminology accurately Coordinate office supplies, maintain organized filing systems, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff in multiple languages as needed Perform analysis of administrative processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing outstanding customer service at all times Experience Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred Strong computer skills including familiarity with office management software and data entry systems Bilingual abilities in English and at least one additional language are highly desirable Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role Knowledge of medical terminology enhances efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and professionalism Experience with phone etiquette and customer service in a busy environment is a plus Join us to make a meaningful difference by supporting our healthcare team with energy, precision, and compassion!
