Responsibilities:
As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the service and installation team with administrative tasks as well as coordinating and scheduling appointments.
Specific duties include:
Coordinate schedules for Installers and Service Technicians Confirm appointments by calling the customers Order equipment to ensure availability for installations Process job closeouts Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
As an Installation Coordinator, you must be professional, pleasant and possesses the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and coworkers.
Specific qualifications include:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 2 years related experience Customer Service experience Excellent Telephone skills Strong Troubleshooting abilities Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and Web navigation
