Location :
Bethesda, MD (on-site) Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst (Administrative Project Assistant) to support healthcare operations for a federal client. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to clinical teams, ensuring efficient operations by supporting patient scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities As a Junior Functional Analyst (Administrative Project Assistant) , you will: Provide administrative support to clinical staff supporting daily patient care operations Manage appointment scheduling and patient templates to support clinic workflows Maintain accurate operational records and documentation Coordinate patient flow and assist clinical staff with administrative needs Support documentation and tracking processes that improve operational efficiency Assist with monitoring policies, procedures, and process improvement initiatives Provide conference room scheduling and meeting preparation support Assist with documentation and meeting notes for clinical staff Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required High School diploma required Minimum of 0-2 years of professional administrative or healthcare support experience Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Preferred Qualifications Experience providing administrative support in clinical or healthcare environments Scheduling, documentation, and operational coordination experience Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Familiarity with clinical documentation workflows, data entry standards, and health information management processes Why Join Blue Rose?
