Full Job Description Description:
The Program Management / Admin II role provides mid-level administrative and operational support in a NAVSEA Program Office Support role. This position supports coordination of key services, process execution, and reporting to help maintain program efficiency and continuity. This position is contingent upon award. Award is expected in 3-6 months.
Requirements:
Experience supporting administrative or business operations in structured organizations. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent support tasks. Familiarity with budget, records, and coordination workflows. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. 3+ years of professional experience. Ability to coordinate and improve administrative processes and support functions. Strong communication and organizational skills. Active DoD Secret clearance (or clearable to that level) required due to support for classified programs and facilities.
