SummaryThis position is responsible for assisting in managing the administrative functions of the Harbeson location.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupports Allen Harims vision, mission and valuesPrimary phone coverage (first to answer all incoming calls) Prepare and mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex packages. Sort and distribute incoming mail. May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as required.
Preparing and distributing essential daily reports.
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Compiles documents and information and assists with meeting budgets and reports, and maintains meeting calendars and history. Creating charts and graphs for use in presentations.
Helping create PowerPoint presentations.
Perform large quantities of data entry.
Managing the filing and storage of important documents and other sensitive communications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
