Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative professional with direct Construction Industry experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. The Administrator serves as a key liaison between internal departments and external partners, helping ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule from pre-construction through project completion. Pay Range - $20-25 per hour Key Responsibilities Support teams with daily administrative and operational functions across multiple projects. Assist with contract execution and management of contract documentation. Maintain accurate records of project correspondence and documentation. Issue subcontract agreements and purchase orders. Track and process project submittals to help prevent project delays. Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, including CPM schedules. Prepare and process regular project billings, ensuring timely monthly invoicing. Track weekly quantities of in-place work and maintain accurate project records. Prepare monthly project management reports. Perform clerical duties, document management, filing, and occasional errands. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Construction industry experience Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and understand contract language is preferred.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
