This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of the office and supports multiple departments through a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be able to manage sensitive information professionally, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of accuracy across all tasks. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities are critical for success in this position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Enter and manage payments accurately and efficiently Process and set up new accounts and new client information Prepare and manage UCC filings and related documentation Generate, send, and track time-sensitive correspondence and letters Assist with new hire onboarding and employee setup processes Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately Draft and distribute emails, memos, and internal communications Support office staff with administrative and operational tasks Develop, update, and maintain office procedures and workflows Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or administrative training preferred Previous administrative or office experience preferred Typing speed of 70+ WPM required Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
