Job Description
Position Summary The Branch Administrator is responsible for supporting the office staff by providing excellent customer service to employees and customers. You will direct and coordinate office services and related activities with the Branch Manager. Primary Responsibilities Answers phones, relays call and messages Greeting Customers/Associates at the front entrance in a professional manner Manages outgoing mail, stamping, and mailbox check Manages incoming mail, opening, organizing and distribute to correct department Provide administrative support to branch leadership team as it relates to branch operations. Manage digital production record and match it with Service Leader record Pull up Customer Hold report and provide it to the Agronomist for Follow up Collect and provide inventory data to Marketing Coordinator monthly Schedule aeration and seeding for existing and new customers Upgrade accounts, add notes to client files, including call a head and linking documents to account Enter Data such as Sales and upgrades for Service Leaders Key in production work orders daily and complete production notes Requests and pursues payments for branch on delinquent accounts as directed by Finance. Process and reconcile payments for finance team and mail out invoices Provide information to Service Leaders and Management regarding customer comments and suggestions Manage supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies; maintain vendor relationship Maintain Breakroom area Plan and organize branch events Collaborate with Administrative teams from the other branches as directed Perform other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications / Attributes Ability to learn Real Green - lawn care industry software Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing. Ability to work independently. Education and Experience Minimum of a 4-year college and/or equivalent experience 3 years of Administrative experience required Minimum Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
