Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls effectively. Maintain accurate data entry records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets. Handle clerical tasks including filing, proofreading, word processing, and managing correspondence. Support office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document organization. Utilize computer skills to update databases, prepare reports, and perform general administrative support. Assist with client communication and customer support to ensure high satisfaction levels. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and visitors. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous but not required.
