Duties Greet pet parents and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a friendly first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing accurate information and scheduling appointments. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area. Handle client communication via phone, email, and in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client files using Microsoft Office applications. Assist with calendar management for appointments, tours, and special events to ensure smooth daily operations. Support office management tasks such as proofing documents, managing supplies, and coordinating administrative duties efficiently. Requirements Bilingual skills are highly preferred to serve a diverse client base effectively. Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone reception skills. Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management. Excellent customer service abilities with strong communication skills for client interaction. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Prior front desk or personal assistant experience is a plus; familiarity with calendar management is essential.
