Aventura, FL Job Details Contract From $15 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications English Full Job Description About the Position Tennis Academy is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our tennis academy and racquet sports facility. This is a customer-focused position that combines office administration with member and resident services in a professional sports environment. Responsibilities ⁠ ⁠Welcome and assist academy families, club members, and residents. ⁠ ⁠Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages. ⁠ ⁠Schedule tennis lessons, clinics, and court reservations. ⁠ ⁠Assist with student registrations, attendance, and academy records. ⁠ ⁠Process payments and provide general administrative support. ⁠ ⁠Help manage daily office operations and maintain organized documentation. ⁠ ⁠Open and close the office, including turning court lights on and off as required. ⁠ ⁠Communicate with coaches, students, and residents to ensure excellent customer service. ⁠ ⁠Assist with special events, tournaments, and academy activities when needed. Qualifications ⁠ ⁠Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and organizational skills. ⁠ ⁠Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software. ⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ⁠ ⁠English required; Spanish is a plus. ⁠ ⁠Previous office or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
