WWe are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant / General Office Clerk to support daily administrative and front desk operations for a local government office. Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, answer general questions, and provide friendly, professional assistancePerform data entry and update records with a high level of accuracyHandle general office duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining organized recordsProvide front desk support by directing inquiries to the appropriate departmentUse Microsoft Excel and other office tools to track information and maintain logsReview documents for completeness and follow standard procedures when processing informationWork with internal teams to ensure requests are handled in a timely manner and daily operations run smoothly
