Assistant General Manager

Property Management company specializing in student housing is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to work at our beautiful & stylish Orlando, FL property! The right candidate will be comfortable working in multiple software programs, completing legal paperwork, processing leases, auditing, and generally overseeing the accuracy of our property management software and rent collections. This position will also assist the leasing staff when needed, so this candidate should be comfortable helping with showing apartments and performing phone & email follow-ups. This Team Member works closely with the Community Manager in overseeing the team and the property. The right candidate must possess a positive & motivated attitude, professional demeanor and appearance, strong computer skills, excellent work ethic, strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and desire to be part of a team.
