Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle inbound calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of essential information.
- Provide receptionist services, including greeting visitors and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments to support team productivity.
- Assist in preparing and distributing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the team with general office duties, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow and administrative processes.
