The Role This role supports the day-to-day administrative work that keeps the office running: schedules, records, and the details that don't get noticed until they're wrong. You'll bring order to the parts of the day other people don't have time for. Administrative, bookkeeping, scheduling, or office coordination experience is required. Dental or medical office experience preferred. CareStack experience is a plus. What You Bring You're Comfortable With Numbers. What You'll Need Required:
At least two years of experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, scheduling, or office coordination. Strong attention to detail. Comfort managing multiple priorities at once.
Preferred:
Experience with CareStack or a similar practice management system. Experience in a dental or medical office setting. Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
