Job Description

Job duties include but are not limited to: Answering phone calls; drafting letters using templates; calling insurance companies; setting appointments; setting up cases on case management program; requesting medical records/bills; assisting with translation; calling clients.
  • Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in a personal injury law office.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
