You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, guiding them through their insurance needs with a smile and offering support for everything from policy questions to making updates. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized. Property and Casualty licensen is required Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management. Provide information about our insurance products and services. Process new business applications and policy endorsements. Work closely with producers to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. About Us
